1. Who are we?

Clinblocks B.V. (‘Triall’) has its registered offices at Bisonspoor 3002 – C701, Building Copenhagen, 6th floor in Maarssen and is the “controller” as meant by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Triall develops software as a service (SaaS) solutions for clinical trial professionals. We are aware of the trust you are placing in us. Consequently, we deem it our responsibility to protect your personal data.

Triall uses the services of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP). You can reach the DPO via the contact details below.

2. Who do we collect personal data from?

We collect personal data essential for our service provision. Where we collect data from our clients, such as contact details of users of our software solutions, this is always done on the basis of an agreement. This also applies to other parties involved, working for companies with whom we have a business relationship. In cases where special personal data is being collected, this will only be done with the consent of the person concerned, which is after signing “informed consent”. Both by executing an agreement and giving permission, the parties involved are extensively informed in advance about the way in which their privacy is guaranteed.

The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you, as a visitor of this website, which data we collect and how we process these data.

3. What data do we collect during your visit on our website?

To improve our website, we measure and analyze the statistics how visitors use the website. For this purpose we make use of “cookies”. In our Cookie Policy statement you can read more about different cookies that are placed and the specific choices you can make regarding this.

On our website you will find the possibility to contact us and/or to subscribe to our communications. If you use these contact or subscription forms, we kindly request your name and e-mail address so that we can follow up your request. This data will be deleted after the request has been processed.

We do our utmost to ensure our systems and your personal data are optimally protected against unauthorized use. To do so, we therefore place the highest demands on our information security environment. We have also agreed with our suppliers, who process our (your) data, the so-called “processors”, that all personal data must be optimally protected.

5. Do you have any questions?

In case you would like to know which of your personal data has been registered, you are entitled to submit a data access and inspection request for. You may also ask us to delete your data. If you submit a request to exercise one of your rights under the GDPR, you will receive a confirming message from us as soon as possible, but in any case within 4 weeks.
